Snapture Terms of Service Last updated: 10 September 2026 By using Snapture you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The operator of this service is identified at the bottom of this page. 1. THE SERVICE Snapture lets you create images and videos from photographs you upload, using AI models. Results are produced automatically and will not always match what you expected. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be old enough under the law of your country to enter into this agreement. If you are not, do not use the service. 3. YOUR CONTENT You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us the permission we need to store your uploads and to send them to our AI processing providers so that we can produce your result. You confirm that: - You own the photograph, or you have permission from the person who does. - Everyone identifiable in the photograph has agreed to it being used in this way. - The photograph does not show a child. 4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO Do not use this service to: - Create sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child. We report this to the authorities. - Create intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent. - Impersonate a real person in order to deceive, defraud or harass. - Create content that promotes violence, hatred or illegal activity. - Infringe another person's copyright, trademark or likeness rights. - Break, overload or work around our systems, rate limits or payment controls. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund. 5. CREDITS AND PAYMENT Paid features are paid for with credits. - Credits are a prepaid balance for use inside the service. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred. - Prices are shown before you buy. - Credits are consumed when a generation starts. If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits for it are returned to your balance. - A result you do not like is not a failure. The model produced a result, and those credits are not returned. - Purchases are handled by the payment provider or app store you used, and their refund rules apply in addition to these terms. 6. AVAILABILITY We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. We aim to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. 7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU CREATE You decide what to do with what you create, and you are responsible for how you use it, including whether publishing it is lawful where you are. Where the law requires you to disclose that an image is AI-generated, doing so is your responsibility. 8. NO WARRANTY The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the accuracy, quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the results. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 10. TERMINATION You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. 11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms. If you continue to use the service after we do, you accept the updated version. 12.
